Do you want be part of the 2019 Vendor Midway?
We will be expanding our Vendor Midway and adding new opportunities for this year’s event. Please join us to both market and sell your products to thousands of attendees – in 2018, our festival hosted an estimated 60,000 people including Jeep® enthusiasts from 27 states, Canada and Mexico.
This event is meant to celebrate the Jeep brand and the Jeep lifestyle; therefore, we’re looking for vendors that support the theme with automotive-related products and services. Vendor applications are subject to approval and should be related to the Jeep brand and lifestyle. We’re looking for good fits for the event and for the vendors. Products and services that would not qualify include home goods, personal care products, crafts, etc. If you pay a booth fee through the online registration system and we choose to reject your application, we will contact you and issue a refund.
All accepted vendors will be promoted (name and logo recognition) on social media and here on the event’s website.
Please understand that booth locations are determined annually. We will do our best to provide returning vendors with similar locations, but it is not guaranteed. Booth assignments are determined based on sponsors, premier vendors, registration date and booth size.
Secure online vendor registration will close on July 15th at 6 p.m. or when space is no longer available.
Note: Food vendors and other vendors that are not sure if their brand will be accepted due to our automotive-related products and services theme requirements, please email Info@ToledoJeepFest.com or contact us with questions.

Selection is not guaranteed. Please pay close attention to space dimensions and do not purchase a space that does not fit your display in its entirety.
Example: For 24′ trailer you will need 30′ x 40′ space. For 42′ trailer you will need 60′ x 40′ space.
